Sal, his wife Nancy & their family have been business owners in the Freehold region for almost thirty years. Most notably one of the founders of the Tuscany Italian Markets, Sal sold that buisness in 2018 to open The Skillet by Sal, a brunch restaurant that opened in 2021 in Freehold. After much success, Sal went back to his Italian roots to open Faenza's Gourmet Market.
